The Seminar on Internationalization of the Zhongguancun Global High-level Think Tank Alliance (hereinafter referred to as ZGCTA), moderated by Li Junkai, ZGCTA Secretary-General and Director of the International and Regional Cooperation Center of the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology (BJAST), was successfully held in Beike Building on the afternoon of June 18, 2025.

A number of well-known experts in education, technology and international cooperation gathered together to explore how to promote the development of ZGCTA, including, Yao Xishuang, former Director General of the Department of Language Application and Administration of the Ministry of Education and current professor and doctoral supervisor of the Communication University of China, Cao Jinghua, former Executive Director of the Secretariat of the Alliance of National and International Science Organizations for the Belt and Road Regions, Zhang Zehao, Deputy Director of the Beijing International Cooperation Center of Science and Technology (Beijing Cooperation Center of Science and Technology with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), and Li Yushan, Deputy Director of the Beijing International Science and Technology Exchange Center. Experts invited to the semianr shared their rich experience and unique insights, whose numerous valuable suggestions helped clarify the direction of how to internationalize ZGCTA.

In her concluding remarks, Li Junkai shared that ZGCTA would actively pursue internationlization by borrowing strenght from experts' suggestions, and strive to serve as an important bridge connecting top-level think tank resources both at home and abroad, contributing to the Beijing International Center for Science & Technology Innovation.
